Solgar Broken Cell Wall Chlorella 520mg 100vcaps is a nutritional supplement with chlorella, a green algae that grows in fresh water.

Chlorella is a small source of proteins and plant enzymes. The intense color of this organism comes from the high concentration of chlorophyll.

Suitable for vegans. Gluten free.

Instructions for use

Take 1-3 vegetarian capsules daily, preferably with meals.

Composition

Chlorella powder (broken cell wall) (obtained from ground and dried green micro algae that provides chlorophyll). Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate (from vegetable stearic acid).

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
