Solgar Magnesium Bisglycinate 60 caps is a dietary supplement that supports the maintenance of the nervous system.
Made from chelated magnesium in the form of bisglycinate for easy absorption and high bioavailability.
It contributes to the maintenance of the nervous system, serves as support during times of mental and/or physical fatigue, and helps reduce tiredness.
Suitable for vegans, gluten-free.
For adults, take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
Swallow the capsules with the help of water or another beverage.

Magnesium is a mineral needed for the different processes in our body, as it helps to maintain the regular function of the muscles and the nervous system. It is an essential nutrient for serotonin production (a neurotransmitter) and contributes to bone health. Food sources of magnesium include nuts, pulses, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed, etc.) and cocoa.
In supplement form, magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness, as it plays an important role in obtaining energy in the body's cells. There are several magnesium salts, which is why food supplements may have slightly different properties depending on the salt they contain. They left my order at a store and I had to go by car to pick it up, even though I had already informed them of the delivery schedule, since I am not at home in the mornings. Then I called customer service to find out the address of the store and they charged me 7 € for special rates. They tell me that they are giving me a check for 5€......
