Description

Supradyn Energy 90+30comp is a dietary supplement that helps to maintain energy throughout the day.

Formulated with B vitamins, which help with normal energy metabolism. It contains vitamins C, E, zinc, and selenium, which protect cells from oxidative damage. Additionally, it includes Coenzyme Q10.

It does not contain any stimulating substances, does not cause insomnia, nor does it interfere with falling asleep.

Indicated for adults and children from 12 years old.

Instructions for use

  • One tablet a day at breakfast for at least 6 weeks, although to prolong its benefits, continuous use throughout the year is advisable, without interspersing rest periods.

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  • Dietary supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.

Vitamin A (800 µg). Vitamin C (80 mg). Vitamin D (5 µg). Vitamin E (12 mg). Vitamin K (25 µg). Vitamin B1 (1,1 mg). Vitamin B2 (1,4 mg). Niacin (16 mg). Vitamin B6 (1,4 mg). Folic acid (200 µg). Vitamin B12 (2,5 µg). Biotin (50 µg). Pantothenic acid (6 mg). 9 Minerals. Calcium (120 mg). Magnesium (80 mg). Iron (14 mg). Copper (1 mg). Iodine (150 µg). Zinc (10 mg). Manganese (2 mg). Selenium (50 µg). Molybdenum (50 µg). Others: Coenzyme Q10 (4,50 mg).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a molecule that provides energy to our cells, serves as an antioxidant and is naturally present in the body.

It plays an essential role in the production of energy in our cells and is particularly important for physical activity.

Q10 can be obtained from foods such as red meat, poultry, blue fish (sardines, tuna, anchovies) or nuts (pistachios, walnuts, etc.).

Q10 levels in the human body are high during the initial years of life, but factors such as prolonged stress, smoking, poor eating habits or aging reduce its presence in tissues that need it, such as the liver or the heart.

From age 40 onwards, it is advisable to increase its presence in the body by taking supplements, always under a doctor’s supervision.
