Description

Instructions for use

1 capsule a day for breakfast.

Composition

L-cysteine 1 g (12.5%), acidifier (citric acid), orange flavouring, zinc 15 mg (heptahydrate sulphate), iron 14 mg (heptahydrate sulphate), anti-caking agent (diosilicon oxide), pantothenic acid 6 mg (calcium salt), sweeteners (sodium cyclamate (E-952), sodium saccharin (E-954)), vitamin B6 2 mg (CIH), D-biotin 0,15 mg.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
