Weider Mega Mass 4000 Strawberry 4000g is a product designed for increasing muscle mass and volume, adapting to the current needs of athletes. This dietary supplement offers a combination of energy and high-quality proteins, ideal for the most demanding workouts.

The formulation of Mega Mass 4000 has significantly reduced its sugar content. Instead of added sugars, energy is provided through an exclusive blend of carbohydrates, which includes:

  • Corn maltodextrin
  • Native wheat starch
  • Whole oat flour
  • Native potato starch

Carbohydrates make up up to 69% of the formula, while sugars only account for 13%.

Regarding its protein content, Mega Mass 4000 combines:

  • Milk protein isolate (casein and whey)
  • Whey protein concentrate
  • Egg white protein powder

This blend of fast and slow proteins promotes effective and prolonged recovery, thus encouraging natural muscle mass increase.

Additionally, each serving contains 3.4 g of Creapure® creatine monohydrate, which helps improve performance and strength, facilitating muscle volume increase. Eight vitamins and three minerals have also been added to optimize the body's ability to assimilate training.

Each portion provides approximately 800 kcal and 49 g of protein. It is recommended to mix 1 serving, equivalent to 150 g of powder (2 ½ level scoops), with 550 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat). This product is low in fat when prepared with water and does not contain aspartame.
