My surgeon recommended it to me after a mastopexy to attenuate the orange peel skin near the scar that remained as a result of old stretch marks and discoloration of the tissue. I am on my second bottle, and I have repurchased because it really smoothes the skin (it has lactic acid) and the whole breast is firmer. It is advisable to be insistent, especially at first, using it at least twice a day for 3 months. But it is worth it.
