The Day tablet contains:

  • L-tyrosine, a precursor of dopamine secreted in the morning
  • Rhodiola, an adaptogenic plant
  • Vitamin B6, to reduce fatigue

The Night tablet combines:

  • L-tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin produced at the end of the day
  • Saffron, to support emotional balance and promote a positive mood

Instructions for use
