Forté Pharma Forté Zen Moral Day Night 30comp acts on mood by relying on chronobiology and mechanisms related to stress.

The Day tablet contains:

  • L-tyrosine, a precursor of dopamine secreted in the morning
  • Rhodiola, an adaptogenic plant
  • Vitamin B6, to reduce fatigue

The Night tablet combines:

  • L-tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin produced at the end of the day
  • Saffron, to support emotional balance and promote a positive mood
  • Enriched with vitamins B3 and B6, it contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system

Indicated in cases of temporary mood drops, lack of motivation, or energy.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet during the day (white) in the morning and 1 tablet at night (blue) before going to bed, with a large glass of water (200 ml).
