They can do several things: 1) Do not work with SEUR. They say they go by houses and it's not true, they say they deliver packages and it's not true, you have unprofessional delivery drivers and errors in the delivery applications. 2) DO NOT CHARGE IN A DISPROPORTIONATE WAY on the customer service phone. I had to make 3 calls because SEUR had lost the package and on top of that I had to pay 27euros in calls. I will NEVER buy from PROMOFARMA again.
