Description

It is a cereal mixture to which dried fruits and/or nuts are added, to be eaten with milk, yoghurt or honey. It is a food rich in essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and lipids. By using cereals the body assimilates sugars slowly, helping to maintain energy throughout the morning. Its high fibre content helps to maintain a good intestinal transit, as well as to increase satiety and reduce appetite. It is also a good food in terms of protein intake, as well as for its high vitamin value, as it is a source of B vitamins.

To be consumed directly. Can be combined with milk, yoghurt or vegetable drink.

Oat flakes, wheat flakes, kamut flakes, cornflakes - cornflakes (corn flour, sugar, barley malt extract and salt), wheat flakes - branflakes (wheat flour, wheat bran, sugar (sucrose), malted wheat flour, roasted barley flour, barley malt extract, glucose malt extract, glucose syrup and salt), puffed rice (rice flour, barley malt extract and salt), wheat with honey (wheat, sugar, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, honey, sugar and flavouring), pumpkin seeds, apple (apple and so2), sultanas (sultanas and sunflower oil), sunflower seeds.
