pas d'accoutumance, un sommeil plus reposant même si je dois le prendre au moins une heure avant le couché et que les réveils nocturnes persistent. Au levé, pas de sensation vaseuse mais plus reposée car le rendormissement après chaque réveil, est plus rapide que d'habitude.
